Sbuhost provides web hosting, email hosting, virtual private servers, and related services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:
Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Accounts with overdue invoices may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but will provide at least 30 days notice for existing customers.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Sbuhost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
